Yes, definitely! It’s very comfortable and attractive. I have received many compliments. The colors are great too.

What is the circumference of the bicep?

About 13 inches. Material does have a little stretch, too.

Does the material have any “give” or stretch?

I have 11 of them – 2 of them are doubles because I loved the print, color and cut so much! They are so comfortable & perfect for my body type – and, yes they do have “give” and stretch, but not out of shape.

Is this something that can be worn in a business casual work environment?

Yes I would definitely wear in a workplace. I also wear with bluejeans very classy. And comfortable my husband got me two of these for Christmas and I love them both.
