Does ANC work when wired?

No, The ANC function and volume buttons control do not work in wired mode.But ANC works whether Bluetooth is on or off.

Can I use AUX when out of battery?

Yes, when the NC50 hybrid noise cancelling headphone wireless bluetooth is out of battery, you can still listen to music with included AUX cable but ANC mode is unavailable.

Why does the bluetooth headphones sound so low?

After pairing successfully,on the Bluetooth menu of your device,tap the icon on the right of your device name and make sure the “Sync volume with phone” is on.iOS will synchronize volume automatically, but Android needs to turn on manually.

How to delete the bluetooth pairing?

1.Turn off the NC50 headphones first, then long press the “Multi-function” button for 8 seconds, you will hear “Power on”,”Connected”,”Disconnected”,”Pairing” voice prompts subsequently

2. Go to T-fun App settings, click “Delete Paired Bluetooth”

How to reset the NC50 wireless headphones?

1. Fully charge with the original charging cable and 5-10w charger. Insert the included audio cable into the headphone and then remove it. NOTE: Use the headphones within 0°C (32°F) to 45°C (113°F).

2. Go to T-fun App settings, click “Reset Settings”
