How do I connect this fitness tracker to my phone?

Is it true that the accompanying app has no subscription fee? Are there other paid services?
The app JCWear is totally free to use, and we do not charge any service fees in any form. All you need to pay is the purchase price of this fitness tracker.
Why can’t I register or log in to the app?
We provide two ways to register and log in, phone number and email. If you choose phone number, please select US code 1 first.
Note: The password must be no less than 6 characters. Enter the verification code within 30 minutes after receiving it.
The product doesn’t stay connected, how can I fix it?
Keep device battery level healthy and within the Bluetooth range of your phone, and it will stay connected.
Note: The data in the App needs to be refreshed or wait for a few seconds to synchronize with the device. This is not a “disconnection”.
Will the firmware be updated?
Yes, the firmware can be updated in the app ( JCWear- Device- Device settings- Firmware update). Once there is an updateable firmware version, click Update Now.
