Can the S1 Lite connect and work with Baseus N1 Homebase?

Currently, it is not compatible with the Baseus N1 Homebase.

Can S1 Lite camera record 24/7?

No, the S1 Lite does not support 24/7 continuous recording. As a battery-powered camera, it is not designed for non-stop video capture.

Why isn’t motion detection being triggered?

The motion detection range has certain limitations, particularly at longer distances or non-frontal angles. Ensure the camera is installed with a clear, unobstructed field of view.

The solar panel is connected, but the camera still loses power.

Charging efficiency depends on sunlight intensity and usage frequency. Make sure the solar panel is angled properly, unobstructed, and exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods.

Why can’t I add the camera? The scanning keeps failing.

Please ensure the protective film on the lens has been removed. Keep your phone about 15–20 cm away during scanning, and avoid low light or direct sunlight.
