Our GoGo Knee Bones are sourced from a USDA farm. All of our knee bones are free from any additives, preservative and coloring. We use a unique wood smoking technique in our state of the art ovens that leave a nice natural hickory scent. Rest assured that all of our cattle is sourced and raised in the USA and also cooked and packaged in the USA.
