Check USB-C Port Compatibility Before Purchasing

1. Look at your laptop’s USB-C ports and find the Thunderbolt icon, D or DP symbol next to it (DP means DisplayPort) as shown above. If have these icon then are full function USB-C ports

2. If you don’t see these symbols, check your laptop’s manual to see that your USB-C port has display support or if the manual mentions “DP Alt-Mode”.

3. If you are unsure of your laptop’s compatibility, please let us know your laptops brand and model so that we can help you determine if this product will work for you.

Step 1: Make sure your laptop’s model and size are compatible

If your laptop is 15.6-17.3″ and also within the following size ranges of length, thickness and height, you can use and install our monitor. Otherwise, your laptop doesn’t fit our monitor.

Length: 13.5-18.1 inch

Height: ≥ 9.4 inch

Thickness: ≤ 0.33 inch

Step 2: Identify FQQ S20’s Ports

Please identify FQQ S20’s ports and different port functions according to the image.

Note: The sequence of inputs and buttons is different on both sides. Please check the actual machine for the specific position of interfaces and buttons.

Step 3: Identify Your Laptop Ports

Our 15.4-inch attachable triple monitor only supports full-function Type-C and HDMI ports.

Please identify your laptop ports to find the right connecting method to the triple monitor in the next step.

Notice: There will be no video signal transmission if the Type-C port of your laptop is only supported for power supply.
