Lots of Versatility & Sharp Blades This chopper has tons of different blades, so I can dice onions, slice cucumbers, grate cheese, spiralize zucchini, and more all with one tool! The blades are super sharp and make clean cuts without crushing the veggies. I also love that the container catches everything, which helps keep my counter clean. Easy to Use & Clean Swapping out the blades is simple, and the non-slip base keeps it sturdy while I’m chopping. Cleaning is also pretty easy, especially with the little brush that comes with it. It’s a much better alternative to chopping everything by hand. Why I’m Giving It 4 Stars Instead of 5 The only issue I have is that the lid doesn’t snap on very securely. Sometimes, when I’m pressing down to chop, it feels a little loose, which can be annoying. It still works fine, but I wish the lid locked in place better. Final Thoughts Even with the lid issue, this is a great kitchen gadget that makes meal prep way faster and easier. If you chop a lot of veggies, this is a huge time-saver. This chopper looks like it has promise. However the chopping insert is small and hard to get out. It’s flimsy and hard to get the chopper unit to stay fastened to stay attached to the basin. Keep waiting for it to break. I would give 5 stars if it were a little bigger and made with more sturdy material. I give it 3 stars because it has multiple functions, which can be helpful.
I've used this a lot for diced onions and potatoes. As long as you cut the vegetables in a manageable size for the slicer, the cutting of pieces is pretty easy. I raked my finger over the dicing blade the first time I used it by accident. It cuts into your skin very quickly and is painful, so beware! I am now storing it in a large shoebox because I couldn't get it all back in its original box. I wash the parts in the dishwasher after picking away leftover vegetable parts that stick in the blades. I use their special little tool and some tweezers too. I couldn't get the chopping blade out the first time I used it. My neighbor who recommended this chopper, said they used a spoon when the blade was stuck to pop it out. Works great!
Product works as intended I deducted a star based on the top of the device does not have any way to secure it on the bottom, so sometimes it slips other than that all of the blades are very sharp and the container part can hold a pretty large amount of whatever you want
This is cheaply made. The larger grille does not mesh with the top so it won’t close. A regular knife saves way more time. Clearly the reviewers did not have the same product I bought based on their reviews. Not recommended.
