What should I know before buying this monitor?

How do I connect my iPhone to the monitor?

1. iPhone 15/16 (Plus/Pro/Pro Max) with a Type-C port can work with the monitor by the original monitor Type-C cable we provided

2. iPhone before 15 series(e,g iPhone X/ iPhone 14) with a Lightning port will need an Apple Lightning Digital AV Adapter

My Android phone has a USB-C port, does this monitor work with my phone/tablet by the original Type-C to Type-C cable?

An important point is that your phone interface needs to support video output.Only some series of Samsung phones(Galaxy S8/S9/S10/S20/S21/S22 series; Galaxy Note8/9/10/20series; Galaxy Fold, Z Fold 2/3/4) is ok.

Why it doesn’t work when I connect the monitor to my devices with my own USB-C cable?

Please make sure the USB-C port on your devices is a Thunderbolt 3/4/5 port or supports display output.

The cable needs to support video output and charging. Maybe your cable can only support charging and cannot transmit video models, such as USB 2.0

NOTE

1.In the USB-C 1-line connection mode，when the portable monitor brightness and volume setting up to above 80%,you need to connect an external power supply of 5V/2A or above to keep a longer use.

2.If there is no external power supply, the phone will power the monitor. Please ensure that the phone has sufficient power（more than 30%）. If there is no signal, please plug in an external power supply (5V/2.0A or above) .When connected to an external power source, the monitor will charge the phone in reverse through the external power source.

3.If there is no external power supply and the phone is connected to the portable monitor, the energy-saving mode will be activated, and the display brightness will automatically adjust to 30%.

4.Phones without a full-featured Type C port require an adapter to connect. (IOS devices need a Lightning to HDMI adapter).

5.The portable display have no battery, so can’t remember settings, but it’s quick and easy to set up.
