How to Choose from Infrared Headphone System and 2.4GHz Headphone System？

This model is a 2.4GHz wireless TV headset with a spare battery, with which you can move around freely & listen in another room (transmitting range is up to 100 feet in line-of-sight open air). If you wear medical device, or need headphones safe with pacemakers, SIMOLIO model SM-863D is recommended.

Plug

Plug the transmitter into a power source and then connect it to your TV’s audio output port.

Power

Power on the transmitter and the headphones. No manual pairing required.

Select

Select “PCM” on your TV digital output audio format settings. (only required for digital optical connection)

Play

Adjust the headphone at your own volume, relax, and enjoy!

Left-Right Balance Adjustment

Balance control allows you to individually customize volume for left and right ears, best suited for users who may have unique hearing conditions.

Ambient Sound Listener

The “MIC” mode allows ambient sound to be amplified and heard without having to take off the headphones, helping you stay in touch with your surroundings.

Will these headphones work with my smart Samsung TV?

Yes, these wireless TV headphones work with LG, Samsung, SONY, VIZIO, Panasonic, TCL, Roku, Hisense, Sharp, Toshiba, Sanyo and nearly ALL TVs on the market. Pls check if there is Digital Optical Audio Out, RCA or a headphone out port on your TV.

When using these TV headphones, will it turn off the sound coming from the TV speakers?

It actually depends on your TV’s settings. For most smart TV models, they have option to play audio from both the TV’s internal speakers and an external audio device simultaneously.

Why there is no sound under optical connection?

What you are experiencing is an incorrect audio format in Netflix and/or your TV. Pls check your Netflix app audio options. If surround sound (5.1) is selected, try changing it to Stereo (PCM). Additionally, please update TV’s audio settings to PCM.

Can I use two of these headsets on two different TVs in the same house?

Yes, but only when the distance between two listening devices is at least 10 meters. If two headphones need to be used in close proximity, SIMOLIO JH-737D is recommended.
