With a 5-hole outsole, the RP1 is compatible with both SPD/2-hole and SPD-SL/ 3-hole clip-in pedal systems, making it an excellent choice for someone wanting the option of using various types of cleats and pedals. Using the SM-SH41 cleat adapter with SPD cleats is recommended.
